Nowadays everyone is talking about green fuel technology, what is green fuel? The term green fuel refers any type of fuel which is derived from biomass. This all kind of organic matter, like plant, and animal waste etc. The race to develop viable green fuels is started. To stop usage of petrol and diesel, each and every country is sifting towards green fuel energy and towards the renewal as well.
Green fuel leading us towards a green and Sustainable future by providing Zero-defect Alternative fuel. in upcoming future we will see a green energy transports and vehicles.
Even the first hydrogen powered train which is built by Alstom in Germany have been completed its successful trail. After a lengthy trail on a 123- kilometer which is about 76 mile track in Saxony, Germany, Director at rail operator LNVG said they will begin commercial operations next march. Alstom promoted green fuel as alternative to carbon-emitting diesel engines for about more than five years.
Now Indian Railways are thinking to adapt green fuel technology in India. Railways Organization of Alternate fuel (IROAF) has launched bids for the development of hydrogen fuel cell based train. We can say that this project can promote green fuel mobility in India. (IROAF) has launched its bids for an 89 Km route which is from Sonipat to Jind which comes under Northern Railway. In upcoming feature it will replace Diesel trains.
Indian Railways said in a statement that "Advanced Chemistry cell and National hydrogen mission are two project of Indian Government to meet the target of reducing Green house Emission under Paris Climate Agreement 2015.
To reduce air pollution and to improve air quality hydrogen fuel cells can be the best option. The hydrogen trains give the advantage of zero-emission, improved air quality, and help to recover earth's climate.
